Approximately 1,000 square feet, this 1 Bedroom Pool View unit features 1 King Bed or 2 Double beds in the master bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in the living area including a full kitchen, dining area and 1 bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Fees Due Upon Check-in:
A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $19.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 11 a.m.. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Marquis Villas Resort is Palm Springs International Airport which is 2.3 miles by car respectively.

Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation.

Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

*** Smoking Policy ***
All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.
