Located in the heart of Palm Springs, Marquis Villas Resort offers picturesque views of the San Jacinto Mountains and provides oversized accommodations with fully-equipped kitchens and private patios or balconies. Approximately 1,000 square feet, this 1 Bedroom Pool View unit features 1 King Bed or 2 Double beds in the master bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa in the living area including a full kitchen, dining area and 1 bathroom. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Fees Due Upon Check-in:
A credit card for a $200 security deposit and a daily $19.95 plus tax resort fee will also be required (cash is not an acceptable form of deposit).

The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 11 a.m.. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. The nearest airport to Marquis Villas Resort is Palm Springs International Airport which is 2.3 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours to respond to your requests.

*** Parking Policy ***
Auxiliary parking is available for guests, no charge, one vehicle permitted per reservation.

*** Pet Policy ***
Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.

*** Smoking Policy ***
All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.

*** Housekeeping Policy ***
Daily housekeeping is not included and may be added for an additional fee.

*** Other Notes ***
This resort offers Braille signage (i.e. elevators, room numbers), handicap parking, first floor access ramps, and a portable pool lift.
